We are kicking off 2020 with a couple more ways to add attachments to your account. You can now add attachments to your tasks and completed assignments. The goal of this new feature is to help you with your training document management alongside tracking. Hopefully, this is an opportunity to avoid a paper folder of handouts, questionnaires, sign-in sheets, etc.
Items you might want to attach to a task can include handouts and questionnaires to name a few. This feature is part of the Pro and Enterprise packages. To add an attachment to a task, select the edit button for the desired task, and the Add Attachment button will appear. For more details check out How to Add Attachments to Tasks.
Attachments to a completed assignment might include a sign-in sheet and/or a graded quiz. This feature is part of the Enterprise package. To add an attachment to a completed assignment, select the edit button for the desired assignment, and the Add Attachment button will appear or you can add the attachment when you mark it completed with the Complete Selected button.
