The Web Version of Training Tracker has advantages over our PC based software for companies that are spread out over large geographic areas:

Share your data. Training and employee data is shared over the Web.

Nothing to Install. There's nothing to install, and no dependency or burden on IT.

Access from anywhere. from work, home, other offices within the company, motel while on travel.

From any computer. Just start your browser and connect to the internet. Nothing to install.

Password Protected. Users MUST log on with a User ID and Password. Only your Training Managers can get to the data.

Use Company Divisions. Access only data for your division. A user in one division can't get into the training records for another division.

Master User. A master user can access ALL divisions.

Training Managers have access the Training Data. Add as many training managers as you need.

Audit Tracking. The web based software keeps an audit trail of each change to the training records - who changed it, what was changed, and when.

Assign User Levels. Control access - you assign user levels to each user and control access to different parts of the software.

Email Reminders. The web based system sends email reminders using it's own email server reducing the load on your company email server.

Archive Employees. Move Non-Active Employees to an archive file. Un-Archive an employee at any time. Report on archived employees and training.

It's Green. Help the environment. The web based system allows any Training Manager or Master User to view training reports on screen - instantly - without having to print and circulate them.

One Time Set Up Fee is to establish an "empty" database, first passwords, backup process, initial training, etc.
