Tracker Intra-Net version runs on a local web-server inside your
organization. It installs on one server, minimizing the installation
requirements for desktop computers. Your training managers use their
web browser to track training for your company from anywhere on
your intra net.
Some of the advantages are:
Access from anywhere on your corporate intranet
– from your desk or from other offices within the company.
Just start your browser, click on a favorite, enter your User ID
and Password, and you are looking at your training records.
Central Data Storage. Backups are made by your
IT Department. If your PC computer goes down training data is not
lost. You can move to another PC with a web browser and be back
up and running.
Password Protected. You log on with a User ID
and Password. Only your Training Managers can get to your data.
If desired, assign a password for each employee. Employees can then
view their records. Alternatively, use company divisions, and only
see your division's data. If you are a master user you can access
and manage the data in ALL divisions.
Control Access. You can assign user levels to
each user and control access to different parts of the software.
Unlimited Training Managers can access the training
data across your intra-net.
Audit Tracking. The software keeps an audit trail
of each change to the training records - who changed it, what was
changed, and when.
